DELIVERY
We only deliver to the UK from this web store. We offer delivery using a tracked, Royal Mail service. Delivery typically takes 3 business days.

We can also ship whisky to 27 US states - please contact us via info@inverness-whisky.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been processed and shipped.

Please remember that alcohol will only be left with persons over 18 Years Old.
We use airsac packaging for secure shipping of all bottles and packages are clearly labelled as fragile.

RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return or refund an item which has been supplied incorrectly or has been damaged on its journey to you, please contact info@inverness-whisky.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, fully sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please note, in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
